The Chrism Mass is the annual Mass wherein the Bishop gathers with his priests and the priests renew the promises made at their ordinations and bless the holy oils, the Oil for Anointing of the Sick, the Oil of Catechumens, and the Sacred Chrism, to be used throughout the year.
